My First Entry

It had to come eventually. Especially if I was going to be at least half serious about doing this thing. So...

Welcome to Babylon Rising, one of the very few decent names that actually got accepted by Blogger.com, I guess all the good names were already taken.

I'm Turner, John, Boom or whatever else you know me by. I'm 16 and my life has been reasonably ordinary for the most part, so...y'know don't expect this blog to keep you on the edge of your seats or anything. Also, just because I am a teenager, don't right this off as an 'emo' blog. http://www.livejournal.com/ is what you want for that sort of thing.

But yeah, like I said, I'm 16 and despite my life not being excitingly great, I'm definitley hoping to try some new stuff out now that I've left school. My posts will usually be based around Music, it's a massive part of me and If I don't already have an interest in one genre, it won't be long before I'm checking it out. So, woo.

Yeah, there'll be no emailing, anything you want to say to me, put it in a comment. I also plan to update this blog fairly regularly and create a couple of new ones for other 'projects', mabye on blogger.com mabye elsewhere, but you'll probably get told about it either way. One is fairly in the distant future, another, not so much. I'll probably put it up when I can think of a new name for it.

I may even end up blogging about my other blogs, and my experiences with them, which aside from being fairly confusing should also give this one some meaning too.

But yeah, new blog, exciting. I'll check back and post about any cool stuff I find or anything else, oh and I'll be updating the visuals of this place because although this template is good (I hope, I haven't actually seen it in full effect yet) it'll need some homely touches. Also, my profile and the likes will be updated too.
